What data we collect

When you submit the request form on our site, we collect: your name, email, phone number / WhatsApp (if provided), message text, page language, the page the request was sent from, and your country derived from your IP address.

Purposes of processing

contacting you for a consultation on Namib Passage services;
preparing and organizing the requested services (exploratory trips, residency support, business registration);
maintaining internal records of inquiries and improving our service quality.

Retention period

Request data is stored for no longer than 24 months from submission, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or separately agreed with you.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to hello@namibpassage.com.

Third-party data sharing

We use an email delivery service (Resend) to send notifications and auto-replies. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions. These services process only the minimum data required to perform their functions.
